Strings are a Pakistani pop and rock band that formed in 1988 in Karachi. The band has only 2 members. This band is internationally renowned as they make their footstep outside of Pakistan. In 1990, the band came up with a follow-up album titled String and sold 2 million around the world. String acclaimed by world wide for their song and the melody and for poetic sense including the lyrics having a strong meaning of different aspect like, society, crisis, passion, aspiration, mankind and many more. The band had a great success in India as they approached to direct the music of Zinda film. Strings proved to be the most favorite band in Asia as they were given an award for being Asia's most favorite band at the MTV Asia Awards.
