Ghulam Ali born in Punjab, beforee partition of India. He was inherent to a musical family; his father was a singer and a sarangi player who gave him lesson on music in the very early of his life. When he was 15, he became a student of the legendary master Bade Ghulam Ali Khan, in sooth, Bade Ghulam Ali Khan's 3 brothers: Barqat Ali Khan, Mubarak Ali Khan, and Amanat Ali Khan , in Lahore was his actual training. All these great teachers of classical music build a strong base on classical music and ragas. He started his singing in a Radio 1960. His name "Ghulam Ali" was given after Bade Ghulam Ali. Being a part of singing ghazal he was also know as composed music too. His singing touch millions of heart , every clap and saya "waa, waa" when he is in the stage . He also know to sing Punjabi. From pakistan, he remains his existance as popular figure in all over the world. His songs are much more beautiful to hear as his voice.
