Golmaal Returns

Golmal Returns:

Golmaal Returns is a Hindi film directed by Rohit Shetty starring Ajay Devgan, Tusshar Kapoor and Arshad Warsi and Shreyas Talpade, Kareena Kapoor, Anjana Sukhani, Amrita Arora and Celina Jaitley. Produced by Dhillin Mehta the film is expected to release on October 29, 2008.

A married man has to invent a lie for his suspicious wife to cover up the truth of a night he spent out. As the suspicious wife inspects into the matter, the husband has to invent new lies to cover up the old ones. Gopal (Ajay Devgan) lives with his wife Ekta (Kareena Kapoor) who is fascinated by the saas bahu serials on television.

Gopal’s sister Esha (Amrita Arora) has a boyfriend whom Gopal doesn’t like. And who can forget Gopal’s dumb brother-in-law Lucky (Tusshar Kapoor) who speaks in a language that sounds like double entendres. The story of ‘Golmaal Returns’ begin when Gopal gets stuck in a yacht after saving an attractive woman Meera (Celina Jaitley) from some goons. After the night when Gopal returns home his wife suspect him by making several questions. Gopal knows it’s going to be hard to quell her suspicion so he make a cock and bull story about having stayed the night with a friend called Anthony Gonsalves.

Ekta refuses to buy his yarn and writes to Anthony (on a fictitious address given to her by Gopal) asking him to visit her. Gopal convinces his junior at work, Laxman (Shreyas Talpade) to pretend to be Anthony. Everything goes according to plan till the address to which Ekta had written to Anthony turns out to be real! If that isn’t complication enough for Gopal, a dead body is discovered at the location where he had saved Meera.

The Investigating Officer, Madhav (Arshad Warsi), who is Esha’s boyfriend and cannot stand the sight of Gopal, learns that the latter had been missing from home that eventful night and begins checking on him. Madhav’s investigation results in hilarious chaos and tricky situations where a new lie must be invented at every instance to conceal the previous lie! The misadventures of the seven characters result in a non stop joyride, evoking laughter and many more interesting ideas. The movie is going one hell of comedy so check it out.

Shafqat Amanat Ali is a Pakistani Singer born in 1965. He is the son of Ustad Amanat ali khan. He learned his music form his family. He was a student of Hindustan classical music. His influential figure was his father and legendary singer Ustad Nusrat fateh ali khan.


In earlier of his career he was the lead vocalist of Pakistani pop band known as “Fuzon” but after some period he left the band and focus on his solo career. A Wednesday offers you twist after twist, throws challenge after challenge in those 1.30 hours. Every performance in A Wednesday is charged. Naseeruddin Shah and Anupam Kher were simply fantastic.

On the whole, A Wednesday is cinema at its best. A Wednesday works like magic because of its gripping plotline. And the culmination to this complex tale is what takes this film to dizzy heights.

Story about a man Vikram Madan (Shiney Ahuja) whose daughter traveling for a debate contest by a plane. But meanwhile a group of terrorists hijack that flight. Now, Vikram is the only man who can sneak inside the aircraft to save his daughter Priya and other hostages. And once he sneaks into the aircraft he met Saira (Esha deol) and plan to kill the terrorists one by one. The film quits remind an English movie: Speed. You will see some resemble of it. The movie has some exceptional mid-air action and stunts.

Om Prakash Makhija (Shahrukh Khan) is playing as a junior artist in the 1970s film industry. He always dream about to become a superstar. But one life doesn’t enough to reach every destiny. However, he (Om Prakash Makhija) once saw Shantipriya (Deepika Padukone) who is famous and successful actress fall in love with her. One day he (Om Prakash Makhija) acted as junior artist and suddenly an incident occur when he (Om Prakash Makhija) saw Shantipriya is caught middle of fire and scene which goes out of control. Om jumps into and saves her, Shanti s very grateful and they become good friends. As the time passed he (Om Prakash Makhija) deeply fall in love with her but twist comes on when he saw that Shanti was married with a producer Arjun Rampal (Mukesh Mehra) his heart broke but my dear the story is not end yet, the movie go to climax when Mukesh Mehra burn her (Shanti priya) and kill Om.

The rest of the movie is excelled 30 years, to the life of Om Kapoor who is the reincarnation of Om Prakash. Here he lead a popular movie star and lives an extravagant life. During a location hunt for Om's next film, Om and his crew choose the remains of the burnt Om Shanti Om set. As soon as he sees the set, Om begins to remember bits of his past life. Om remembers his past life in full and has emotional reunions with Bela and Pappu (Shreyaz Talpada). To avenge Shanti's death, Om deciding to remake the film Om Shanti Om with Mukesh (whom he convinces to produce the film).

During the audition for Shanti's role, the crew meets Sandhya (nicknamed Sandy), a big fan of Om's who is a Shantipriya look-alike. Om and the crew train Sandy to play Shanti and then launch their plan: Om plays mind games with Mukesh by taking him to the restored set of Om Shanti Om. But Mukesh discovers Om’s plan and tried to kill him but Shantipriya who died in that place come back and take the revenge. The most amazing feature of this film is including thirty-one stars (not including the stars of the film) in one song alone.

Yaatri+Topu

Yaatri is a band of 2 man, Topu (vocals and lyricist) and Emran (keys and production). Mohammed Rafi was one of the well-known Indian playback singer and one of the greatest singer that got admired by all. he born December 24,1924 and died July 31,1980. He sang in many languages, like, Hindi, Urdu, Punjabi, Marathi and Telugu. His songs are very much popular in all over the India including the in this sub-continent. Along with Mukesh and Kishore Kumar, he was one of the three leading main piller of Bollywood playback singers. Mohammed Rafi was born at Kotla Sultan Singh, a town near Amritsar in Punjab. His father was Hajji Ali Mohammad, and he had 5 older brothers. Mohammed Rafi, nickname was Pheeko and he started singing by imitating chants of a fakir in his village. In 1935-36, Rafi's father moved to Lahore, and the family later shifted. Rafi learnt classical music from UstadBade Ghulam Ali Khan, Ustad Abdul Wahid Khan, Pandit Jiwanlal Matto and Firoze Nizami. One day Rafi and his brother-in-law Hameed went to attend a performance by K. L. Saigal. But for some reason the legendary singer refused to sing as there was shortage of power failure at the venue. Hameed went up and ask the organizer whether his (Rafi) could sing. And as the fortune all ready design he went up and sing at the age of 13. Rafi was noticed by the composer Shyam Sunder, who gave him an opportunity to sing in a duet Soniye nee, Heeriye nee with Zeenat Begum, in the Punjabi film Gul Baloch. Rafi established himself as the number one playback singer in Bollywood with the songs of Baiju Bawra. Between 1950 and 1970, Rafi was the most dominant singer in Bollywood. In 1948 he received silver madel from Jahurolal nahru . In 1965, he was honoured with the Padma Sri award. Rafi recorded two English albums. One of them is Pop Hits. In 2001 he was honored by Hero Honda and Stardust magazine in Mumbai "best singer of the millennium" . Being apart form this he got many filmfare awards and national awards. Moushumi Bhowmick begins her performance at south Kolkata's run-down Madhusudan Manch auditorium. The power of Bhowmick's opening song casts a stunningly immediate spell over the restlessness — it's the sort of spell that refuses to break even several hours after the show is over. Her songs strongly rooted in the folk tradition, use an easy vocabulary to couch significant themes of human alienation and intolerance.
