Habib Wahid is a Bangladeshi multi talented singer, composer, musician, keyboardist and TV host. A unique style of focusing on folk bangla music with contemporary urban beats. His albums have sold at least 2 million copies over the country and rest of the world specially UK and USA in bangle community. Habib got his musical lesson from his family likewise his father Ferdous wahid was one of the legends in Bangladeshi pop music in the very early 1970’s. After that, he went to London for studying in music and audio engineering. His debut album was Krishna, tremendously bring a huge success within only few months he become the one of the most rising composer and singer.
Habib has released five more albums: Maya (2004), Moina Go... (2005), Shono! (2006), Panjabiwala (2007) and Bolchhi Tomake (2008).
Habib had performed in many international concerts including shows in Toronto and Montreal.Habib owes his musical heritage to a rich Bengali musical tradition. Like: Classical, Rabindra sangeet, Nazrul geeti, Folk, Modern music including pop and rock.
