The film tells us the story of a agile and very sweet Punjabi talkative girl Geet DhillonKareena Kapoor) who care for others but not herself. In the very beginning, she fall in love with a non-Punjabi boy. And for this she escaped from the house and going out by a train. Meanwhile, Aditya Kashyap (Shahid Kapoor) whose company was drown and lost his beloved and escaped from everything and going out to the same train. And both of them met. At First Aditya gets very irritated and even every meeting of her finds him torture for him. She talked about her family, her boyfriend, she talked by the point to get him leave the train. When she found that Aditya leave the train, she tried to get him back. But Aditiya does not like to come back and she missed up the train. And now, the duty come on Aditya's shoulders to take her home Panjab. Aditya Take her to Punjab. Again the twist come when her family arranged the wedding of her and she again escaped with Aditya.
Aditya finally discovered he is in love with her and she is the inspirataion for his life, but Aditya can't tell her because she already in love with someone. Aditya Takes her to her boyfriend and he moved up to his own path. After 1 year something happen.................what happen? go and see, you definitely going to love this film.
