Babul Supriyo Bangla

Babul Supriyo is an Indian playback singer born in Kolkata is an Indian playback singer. He is the carbon copy of Kumar Sanu (in singing style).


In 1991, he came to Bollywood under the touch of well known music director Kalyanji-Anandji who gave him a break, and soon he got noticed by other composers. He sang many popular sonngs like, Kaho na Pyar hai(Kaho na Pyar Hai), Pari Pari Hai ek Pari(Hungama), Hum Tum(Hum Tum), Chanda Chamke(Fanaah)ete. He also sings some bangla songs,

Miles Songs

Miles is one of the best band of Bangladesh officially established in 1981. One of the first Bangla bands Initially became popular for replaying English songs. Popularity continued after the release of their own Bangla songs. Hamen and Shafen (the main musicians), are sons of Feroza Begum, the Nazrul geeti singer.Miles make their first Public appearearance on Bangladesh Television. In 1982, first public concert
(Miles only ) at Shilpakala Academy Auditorium, Dhaka. Their first album released in English, titled 'Miles'. Their 2nd album released, in English, titled 'A Step Further'. But in 1991, their First Bangla album 'Protisruti' was released with 12 original bangla songs. Second Bangla album 'Prottasha' was released with 12 original Bangla songs. Enjoyed record breaking sales. Till date the highest selling album of Band music in Bangladesh. In 1994, 1st Compact Disk of the Band was released as the Best of Miles, from Hollywood, USA. This was the first ever CD of a Bangladeshi Band. Sold very well in USA, UK, Japan, UAE & in Bangladesh. In 1996, they performed in India in Calcutta for a very successful concert. The second compilation album BEST OF MILES (Vol. II) was released 6 months later. This also topped the charts. The two albums received great review in the local press & made 'MILES' very well known to the young people of West Bengal, India.
