Sinead O’Connor born Dublin December 8, 1966 is an Irish Singer and song writer. Her First two albums (1987's The Lion and the Cobra and 1990's I Do Not Want What I Haven't Got) gained most of the attention. Here she was applauded for her voice and her original songs. In 1990 she joined Pink Floyd and in 1991 her take on Elton john’s Sacrifice was acknowledged as the best tribute.
